The Lotus Way is a journey of grounding, rising, and blossoming.

This short one-hour online workshop is a living glimpse into that path.

Just as the Lotus cannot bloom without its roots, presence begins with what holds and nourishes us in the unseen. Together we will pause, breathe, and remember our own roots.

Through reflection, gentle embodiment, and simple sharing, we will experience the first step of the Lotus Way:
