Leaving his job behind, Stephan set out on a 13,000 km journey with little more than trust and no money in his pocket.

In this online talk, he invites you to walk a part of the way with him.

Beyond borders and maps, he shares the challenges he faced, the unexpected encounters that shaped him, and the quiet, deeply personal moments that changed his understanding of life.

In this workshop, you’ll identify a repeating cycle, understand its emotional “signature,” and recognize the next-step behavior that keeps it alive.

You’ll also explore what this adaptation once protected you from and whose voice it carries.

Carolina Gray will share reflections on patterns and home through her restoring work, followed by group reflection and a simple homework practice to help you create a micro-break in the loop.

We all carry many “I’s” within us, showing up as different inner voices, energies, feelings, and ways of being shaped by our experiences, relationships, and culture.

These parts help us adapt, belong, and move through life, yet over time they can pull us away from our essence.

Through conversation and reflection, we’ll explore how our inner parts develop, often early in life, and how they continue to influence how we show up, relate, and make meaning.
