All content contained on the Website (collectively, “Content “), such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations are our property or the property of our licensors or licensees, and the compilation of the Content on the Website is our exclusive property, protected by international copyright laws, treaties and conventions. We created consistent, cohesive brand language that captures the spirit of our values and unique approach. Our Marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or that disparages or discredits us or anyone else.  If you opt to use any trademarks, designs or other brand features, you acknowledge your acceptance of our terms. Not following the guidelines might result in brand abuse, and might hold the abuser susceptible to legal action.

All other Marks not owned by us that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.

Ome World will record the hybrid digital workshops, including digital workshops. That means Ome World might take and use audio or visual recordings and photographs of you for the following purposes:

 

to be displayed on all Ome World and affiliated sites “Digital Properties

 

to appear in Ome World publications (including, but not limited to, prospectuses, marketing materials, and annual reports) for general publicity purposes

 

If you have any concerns about or wish to opt-out to audio or visual recordings and photographs being taken, please contact us.

 

If you would like us to remove any specific audio or visual recording or photograph of you from an existing Ome World publication, website or display, please contact by emailing us at omeworld.org@gmail.com

 

Submissions and Protection

You may not use false details (such as name, phone, e-mail address), impersonate anyone, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content.

 

You are aware that the information set out in the registration forms (name, email address, phone number, country, billing address and optional tax details) is needed for sharing any further information regarding the physical and digital workshops (such as access to the webinar, or follow-up emails). In order to be informed this information needs to be up to date before, during, and after the workshop.

 

Your ticket and registration code are personal. You will have access to use certain areas of the Website. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and ID assigned to you. You will be responsible for any activity conducted under your assigned password or ID.

 

System Requirements

Use of certain areas of the Website requires Internet access, audio manager software or other software allowing the downloading and storing of audio and audio-visual files in digital format. You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to comply with the system requirements of your Software and Device.

 

Liability Agreement

The Ome World events are insightful, experiential and intriguing. All events are an opportunity to go through an easy-going process that goes surprisingly deep. Ome World events are not a substitute for psychiatric, or psycho-therapeutic treatment. Ome World always strives for every participant’s well-being, it is the responsibility of each participant to take care of themselves. By engaging with our content, you accept that you are solely responsible for your physical and mental well-being during the workshops, training and also for your personal items.

 

Service Availability, Pricing and Payments

 You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete and your own, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

 

Once we receive your order, we may checks your credit / debit card details and stock availability and then take payment from the card. Services are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the service, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the services.

 

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are correct, errors sometimes do occur. If such an error in the price of the goods you have ordered is discovered, we will let you know of this as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the purchase as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the service, you will receive a full refund subject to time limits as stated below. We do not negotiate prices on our offerings nor support the price match and comparison purchasing.

Up to 30 days prior - full refund

Up to 10 days prior - 50% refund

Up to 5 days prior - 25% refund

Less than 5 days prior - no refund

 

Our Pop-Up Events, Exclusive Festivals and Retreats

To receive a full refund, request a cancellation at least 45 days before the event date

Up to 45 days before the event - 50% refund

Less than 30 days, no refunds possible

All claims must be sent in writing to omeworld.org@gmail.com

All full refunds are subject to the processing fee, which is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Disclaimer

While we have made every effort to ensure the presence of scheduled lead facilitators, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events may cause lead facilitator cancellations. In such cases, the program organizers reserve the right to replace the scheduled lead facilitator with a suitable alternative without prior notice.

 

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure in our performance of the Agreement by reason of the occurrence of an unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, server failures, third-party service provider failures or service interruptions, embargo, labour disputes, lockouts and strikes, riots, war, floods, insurrections, legislative changes, and governmental actions.

 

Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and therefore, no representations or warranties are granted as to the compliance of the content of the Website or the services offered through it with the laws of any other country or jurisdiction. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this legal notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.

 

Severance

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

 

​No Waiver

The failure by either party to enforce any obligation under these Terms and Conditions at any time or for any period shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all the obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions.
