The Power of Letting Go: Listening for What Wants to Move Through You

Many of us have learned to approach life through planning, striving, and control. These abilities can help us build meaningful lives, but they can also make it difficult to hear the quieter invitations emerging from within us.

In this experiential workshop, we will explore the space between intention and surrender. Through reflection, guided stillness, personal mapping, and small-group conversation, participants will examine what they may be forcing, what keeps asking for their attention, and what one aligned next step could look like.

This workshop is not about abandoning responsibility or waiting passively for answers. It is about learning to act while remaining open to a path greater than the one we originally planned.
