Beyond Five
Facilitated by Iracema Irigaray
What else are you sensing?
What if there is much more to perception than what we see, hear, smell, taste, and touch?
Inspired by the Twelve Senses, this experiential workshop invites us to explore the subtle ways we perceive ourselves, the world, and one another. Through simple experiences of movement, observation, connection, and reflection, we will awaken our attention to what is always present, but often goes unnoticed.
Breath as a Bridge
Facilitated by Tal Sagisman
A breathwork journey exploring the breath as a bridge between body, awareness and consciousness. An invitation to move inward, listen more deeply and discover what becomes possible when we breathe with presence.
The Dance of Life: The Journey Home
Facilitated by May Soriano
Through Biodanza, a practice that uses music, movement, and simple dance experiences to awaken vitality, deepen self-awareness, and foster authentic human connection, participants are invited to move beyond words and into lived experience.
The journey unfolds from individual exploration to encounters in pairs and the larger group, culminating in reflective dialogue. Together, movement, connection, and reflection reveal that home is not a place, but a felt sense of authenticity, belonging, and presence.
Participants leave with renewed energy, meaningful connections, and a deeper appreciation that the journey home begins within.
The Inner Conversation : How We Feel, React, and Relate
Facilitated by Sezin Hason
An intimate, facilitated conversation about how we respond to stress, uncertainty, relationships, and everyday emotional challenges. Guided by the questions and experiences participants bring, the conversation will explore feelings, needs, inner voices, attachment styles, and patterns that shape how we move through life, along with somatic tools that support greater nervous-system awareness and regulation.
The circle will also invite us to recognize our common humanity across different cultures, languages, identities, and life experiences. Together, we will have the opportunity to notice how many of us encounter similar emotions and relational challenges, while also exploring how our cultural beliefs, personal stories, and lived experiences shape the ways we understand, express, and respond to them.
Move Your Way Home
Facilitated by Selen Sonar
Where the body becomes the way back to yourself.
An embodied journey to our first home, the body, exploring how we move through space, relationship, trust, rhythm, and connection. Moving from self to group, from mirroring another to moving together, we’ll discover how the same body can listen, lead, follow, connect, and express itself in many different ways.
Through movement, music, reflection, and play, we’ll explore not only how we move, but what our movement reveals about how we meet ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
My Sacred Boundaries
Facilitated by Julija Slaby
Where do I end and you begin? How can I stay open to others without leaving myself?
My Sacred Boundaries is an embodied exploration of the living space between MYSELF, OTHERS, and the WORLD. Through movement, consent practices, and relational experiences, we will explore our YES, our NO, our need for space, and our desire for connection.
Not to build walls, but to discover boundaries that allow us to stay in contact.
To feel myself.
To meet you.
To take my place in the world.
The Seasons of Life and Wealth
Facilitated by An Nguyen
This interactive workshop explores the seven-year cycles of life—0–7, 7–14, 14–21 and onward, and how our understanding of wealth changes through each season.
Rather than focusing only on money, participants will explore wealth as safety, belonging, freedom, achievement, time, health, purpose, contribution and legacy.
Through movement, symbolic objects, creative life mapping, small-group conversations and playful activities, participants will reflect on:
The life experiences that shaped their beliefs about money and success
What wealth represented during different stages of their lives
Which earlier needs may still influence their present decisions
What their current season is asking them to value, release or cultivate
The workshop will follow the OMEFest journey:
Go Far into your life story.
Get Closer to the beliefs and needs beneath it.
Come Home to what wealth means in this season of your life.
This is not a financial-planning workshop. Participants will not be asked to share personal financial information. It is a playful, reflective and spiritual experience designed to help people understand their journey, recognize the wealth already present in their lives and identify what they want to carry forward.
Sexual Blueprint
Facilitated by Peter Simmonds
What shapes the way we desire, connect, and experience intimacy?
What if you had a language for understanding what you really want, and why?
Sexual Blueprint is an invitation to explore the patterns, preferences, and inner maps that shape how we experience sexuality, desire, pleasure, and connection. Like love languages, sexual blueprints offer insight into what awakens desire, what helps us feel connected, and why our needs may differ from those of others.
Through honest conversation and guided exploration, we’ll explore vulnerability, intimacy, shame, and the stories we carry about sex. Come curious. Leave with a richer language for understanding yourself, communicating desire, and creating deeper intimacy and connection.
Tableau Vivant
Facilitated by Marcello Boccardo
A playful and profound exploration of expression, presence and the communicative power of the whole. Discover what becomes possible when we move beyond words and allow ourselves to be seen and felt.
Why Some Relationships Last... and Others Don't
Facilitated by Branka van der Linden
The invisible patterns that shape every human connection.
Have you ever wondered why some people continue discovering each other for decades, while others slowly grow apart?
Maybe lasting relationships aren't built through grand gestures or having all the right answers.
Maybe they're shaped by the small moments we rarely notice... how we listen, how we repair, how we stay curious, and how willing we are to meet each other again and again.
This Human Conversation isn't about experts telling you how relationships should work. It's a space to reflect, share, listen, and explore the questions that matter most, with honesty, curiosity, and the wisdom we'll create together.
