Because scheduling begins shortly after purchase, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided no sessions have been completed.

Once the first session has taken place, refunds are not available.

If a facilitator becomes unavailable, OME will work with you to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.

• After purchase, the facilitator will contact you within 3 business days to schedule your first session.

• All sessions take place online via Zoom.

• Sessions are scheduled directly with the facilitator based on mutual availability and time zone.

• These offerings are designed for personal growth, reflection, learning, and wellbeing.

• They are not psychotherapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

• Please ensure you can commit to completing all three sessions within six months of purchase.
