Service Description

wOMEn is an intimate international transformational container for women who have learned to abandon themselves in order to be loved. It is for women who often feel that they are "too much" or "not enough". Women who give, adapt, wait, explain, hope, rescue, and then feel empty. Women who know how to be strong, responsible, loving, and available, but struggle to choose themselves without guilt. This program is for women who want to rebuild the relationship with themselves after years of emotional survival, relational confusion, blurred boundaries, broken promises to themselves, shame around their body or image, and the deep imprint of the mother wound. After four meetings, the woman may not have "solved everything" - because real transformation is not instant. But she will have touched something essential: I am allowed to exist as I am. I am allowed to feel what I feel. I am allowed to say no. I am allowed to want. I am allowed to take my place. I do not have to earn love by disappearing. This journey is for women who recognize themselves in some of these patterns: • They often lose themselves in relationships. • They feel responsible for other people's emotions. • They say yes when their whole body says no. • They make promises to themselves and then break them. • They feel guilt when they choose themselves. • They long for love, but often accept less than they truly need. • They struggle with their self-image, body, visibility, or beauty. • They feel afraid to be "too visible", "too powerful", "too needy", or "too feminine". • They want to take their place in life, but something inside still waits for permission. • They carry a wound connected to mothering: not being seen, held, mirrored, protected, celebrated, or emotionally received. The program combines: • Gestalt-inspired awareness • embodied presence • image and metaphor work • relational exercises • journaling • ritual • voice and movement • inner child/mother wound reflection • boundary practice • deep sharing in a safe women's field Structure • 4 meetings • 3 hours each • up to 10 women • Online via Zoom • International group • Deep, intimate, confidential container The Sessions 1.
