Why I am here at OME

My calling within OME stems from the profound sense of belonging and connection with my OME family. Through inclusive spaces, I aim to foster growth, support, and unity—extending this feeling of home and community to all who seek it. OME represents hope in a fractured world, and I’m devoted to amplifying its spirit of belonging.

What do I bring with me to OME

What I bring to OME is a culmination of my diverse professional experiences, an unwavering vision for authentic human connection, and a wealth of knowledge and skills honed over the years.

With a background in Economics and Graphic Design, and an earlier career in the independent film industry, I offer a perspective that blends creativity with analytical thinking. Over time, my path led me to the healing arts—through studies in Integrative Nutrition, somatic-based trauma work, and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology.

As a trauma-informed therapist and facilitator, a Co-Active Coach, and a HeartMath® Trainer, I bring a wide range of practices to support emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and inner transformation. My open-hearted and grounded presence helps create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and empowered.

I am passionate about healing—both personal and collective—and I bring my presence, training, and facilitation to help co-create spaces of connection, authenticity, and transformation within OME.
