With a background in Economics and Graphic Design, coupled with my extensive career in the independent film industry, I bring a unique perspective that blends creativity with analytical thinking. My journey includes studies in Integrative Nutrition and therapeutic modalities, fostering holistic well-being and emotional intelligence.  As a Co-Active Coach and Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Trainer, I bring a toolbox of techniques to support individuals in their healing journey. My open-hearted and empathetic nature creates a safe space for authenticity. Passionate about personal and collective growth, I aim to cultivate genuine connections and transformation within OME.
