Artist in Me
Facilitated by Pete Simmonds
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your natural creativity — not as something reserved for artists, but as a language we all carry. Through playful, accessible practices, we’ll explore self-expression beyond words, tuning into the voice of the heart and what lies beneath thought. Whether you paint or haven't picked up a pencil in years, this is about rediscovery — of yourself, your inner world, and the creative spark that was always there. Come as you are, and leave with a deeper connection to the artist within.
The Art of Simplicity: Rediscovering Everyday Fullness
Facilitated by Paula Cabalen
In this experience together, for a moment, we slow down, turn off the 'autopilot' and activate our often-forgotten senses. We're going to explore how the smallest, most ordinary things in life can be endless sources of joy, calm, and deep connection.
Through very simple and conscious exercises, we will:
• Truly pause, breathing and feeling the present.
• Listen not just with our ears, but with our hearts.
• Get to know ourselves and each other better, through authenticity.
• Observe the world with eyes of wonder and gratitude.
• Feel the richness of textures, aromas, flavors.
• Move, releasing what we don't need and opening ourselves to the flow.
Release expectations, open your curiosity, and allow the simple things in life to touch your soul.
Beyond the Blur: Reclaim Your Natural State

Erotic Blueprints
Facilitated by Pete Simmonds
How well do you know your own erotic language? In this workshop, we explore the Erotic Blueprints® — a framework that helps us understand our unique patterns of desire, intimacy, and connection. Like love languages, these blueprints offer insight into how we give and receive affection. Through open, respectful conversation, you’ll gain tools to better understand yourself and others — both personally and professionally. This session invites curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness in a grounded and comfortable group setting, with no touch or physical practice involved.

A moment to realign with what matters and rediscover the quiet promise already within you.
A HeartMath® Experience | One Heart at a Time
Facilitated by Sezin Hason
In a world of stress, disconnection, and constant activation, how do we shift our baseline — not just for ourselves, but for others as well? This workshop introduces the HeartMath® method as a tool for emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and heart–brain coherence. We’ll explore how to move from reactive states to responsive ones — building inner stability that supports well-being and presence. Through heart-focused breathing, resourcing, and real-time biofeedback, participants will learn how coherence becomes a practice — one that not only shapes how we feel, but how we live and relate. Because when we change our state, we change our field — one heart at a time. And when enough hearts shift, we begin to impact the field we all share — cultivating global coherence.
Money and Me
Facilitated by An Nguyen
Money and Me is a heart-centered workshop focused on healing your emotional relationship with money. Rather than discussing how to earn more, we explore how early experiences, beliefs, and self-worth shape the way we relate to money today. Through guided reflection, mirror work, visualization, and group sharing, participants are invited to release shame, rewrite limiting money beliefs, and cultivate a more loving and empowered relationship with money.
Samurai in You
Facilitated by Tsuguyuki Ichii
"The inner strength of human beings is still dormant."
This is where the core message of SAMURAI in You becomes truly important. Even in the face of extreme fear, tension, and the constant presence of death, the samurai of old lived with discipline and a deep sense of purpose. The “Sword of the Heart” they carried is the very power we need to awaken in ourselves today. The fact that we face overwhelming challenges may be true — but how we respond to them, our attitude and inner posture, is the true source of human strength.
Wisdom of the Roots
Facilitated by Julija Slaby
In this workshop, we journey downward — into the soil of memory, presence, and belonging. Through gentle visualization, intuitive movement, and heartfelt reflection, we connect with the stories that live beneath us. We meet our roots, the ones from our lineage, our land, our emotional DNA. We listen: What do our ancestors whisper through our cells? What strength runs through our veins? What patterns are ready to be released? We will move with the wisdom we carry and honor the ones who walked before us. And then, create our own root systems, consciously choosing: What do I carry forward? What anchors me today? A workshop to remember, to feel, to reclaim — with presence, courage, and care.
Words that Nourish
Facilitated by Marcello Boccardo
It's nice to think that we read books, take courses, and listen to podcasts because there is certainly something to improve or heal within ourselves. It is also nice and necessary to remember that many healthy and beautiful things are already present in our thoughts and behaviors. My workshop will be a gift for those who listen to you; it will be an offering that we wish to give to others. We will work on a message to share with everyone who listens to us, so they can be nourished by our awareness and wisdom. To better convey this message, we will work on our expressiveness with exercises and theatrical techniques, so that everyone can fully appreciate our gift.
